The third ADMM-Plus Conference of Experts' Working Group on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (EWG on HADR) is underway in Nha Trang with the participation of 52 representatives from ASEAN countries, the ASEAN secretariat and 7 its partners (China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the USA and India).
The event is designed to update development in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief cooperation; share experience in organizing ASEAN regional disaster response exercises, period 2011 - 2013; set plans for 2014 – 2016, etc.
