Buses managed by Khanh Hoa Transport Service Company, Ltd will operate as normal on 7 routes to meet travel demand increase during the Lunar New Year holiday.

Buses will depart at 5am and knock off at 7.30pm. However, there will be some changes made to the schedule on the Lunar New Year’s Eve and the first day of the Lunar New Year.
On the Lunar New Year’s Eve, buses will stop operation at 6pm, 1 hour and a half earlier than usual. On the first day of the New Year, they will operate at 8am until 6pm or 7pm.
From the 2nd day to the 6th day, the first bus will depart at 6am and knock off between 6pm and 7pm. From the 7th day, the timetable will be as normal.
More trips
Due to a long lunar New Year holiday this year, the entertainment and travel demand is expected to increase significantly.
Therefore, the company has made a good preparation for the imminent holiday such as making schedules during Tet, improving infrastructures and instructing its staff, including drivers to abide by labor regulations, road traffic rules to meet traffic safety requirement.
According to Dao Trung Thanh, Transportation Department of Khanh Hoa Transport Service Company, more trips will be added to 7 bus routes, including Dien Khanh – Khanh Vinh.
“This will be our last bus operation on lunar New Year Holiday before the buses are transferred to other management unit this March 2014. However, the staff is still determined to fulfill targets, meeting travel demand of local residents during the festive season,” Thanh confirms.
