Nearly 2,000 children in Nha Trang receive aid from AAV

Nha Trang City People’s Committee held a ceremony on January 21 to mark 20 years of charity activities by Association Aide pour le Vietnam (AAV)  in Nha Trang.

On this occasion, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee and Nha Trang City People’s Committee gave certificates of merit to AAV and Susanne Schupfer, AAV President in charge of charity activities in Vietnam.

AAV from Switzerland has done many charity activities worth nearly VND50 billion in total in Nha Trang City for 20 years. Disadvantaged children in Nha Trang City have been provided financial support to pay tuitions, buy rice and bicycles, etc. Besides, their families have been given funds for house construction and repair.

AAV has provided support to 1,922 children in Nha Trang so far.
