Spring Flower Festival 2014 is a convergence of quintessence, embodying the beauty of hobbies in the spiritual life of local people.
This is the first time many artisans from various communities have gathered and showcased their most impressive works of art, expressing various philosophical meanings in the run-up to the lunar New Year 2014.

Nguyen Van Thien, Head of Nha Trang City People’s Committee says, “The festival has drawn the participation of many skilled artisans with great works of bonsai, artistic dried trees, rockeries, artistic stones, orchids and Pycnonotus jocosus.”
Truong Dinh Huan, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Association of Ornamental Creatures says, “Most of the works at the Spring Flower Festival are highly appreciated. Artisans in Khanh Hoa and neighboring provinces are present at the event to showcase as well as contemplate unique artistic designs bearing various spiritual meanings.” Over 700 aesthetic works have been displayed so far.
Local residents and tourists are lured by impressive works of art at the festival. Perhaps, the most remarkable work is a tamarind tree which was priced at over VND1 billion at the 4th Da Lat Flower Festival 2012.
Besides, the artistic stone composition space captures visitors’ admiration. The works depict oriental spirit and philosophy about life, nature, benevolence and so on, attracting large crowd of revealers.
Nha Trang Spring Flower Festival 2014 is expected to be a special artistic and cultural space welcoming the upcoming Lunar New Year.
