Former Vice President Truong My Hoa has just had a working session with Viettel Khanh Hoa Branch on financial support for building a school on Sinh Ton Island Commune. Leaders of Viettel Khanh Hoa Branch claimed that Viettel would provide VND5 billion for the program “For beloved Truong Sa students”. The sum will be sent to the program in late February 2014 to be forwarded to Truong Sa District People’s Committee for school construction.

The program “For beloved Truong Sa students” has received over VND6 billion in support of school construction on Sinh Ton Island Commune after nearly 5 months of launching, according to Truong My Hoa. The primary school construction began on December 8, 2013 with an estimated cost of over VND12 billion in total. It is expected to finish on April 20, 2014.
