Phuoc Tam Charity (Ho Chi Minh City) paid a visit and offered gifts on February 22 to poor residents in Ba Cum Bac Commune, Khanh Son District. The gifts contained rice, cooking oil, seasoning, clothes and so on.
Besides, 3 wells worth VND12 million each were sunk and handed over to local residents in the 2 communes of Son Hiep and Ba Cum Bac. The charity work was worth VND150 million in total.
