The construction of the second school funded by the program “For beloved Truong Sa students” has finished and is expected to be handed over to Sin Cowe Island on April 19. The 383 m2 school was built by 207 Company of the General Staff with a total cost of nearly VND12.5 billion, helping to create favorable conditions for teaching and learning on the island.
The second stage of the program “For beloved Truong Sa students” is jointly held by Vu A Dinh Fund, Ho Chi Minh City – Phap Luat Newspaper and Ho Chi Minh City Television.
