Van Thang Primary School, Nha Trang City held a ceremony on May 27 to receive the third-class Labor Medal. Present at the event was Le Xuan Than, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee. Founded in 2004, Van Thang Primary School has 25 classes with 997 pupils and 45 staff.

In 2013 – 2014 school year, over 92% of pupils were graded good and very good with 10 recognized as excellent pupils at province and city levels. 3 teachers were recognized for their excellent teaching at province-level and 17 others at city-level. The school ranked excellent in the campaign “Friendly school, active student” by Khanh Hoa Department of Education & Training.
From the school year 2008-2009 to 2010-2011, the school was recognized for excellent labor by Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee and granted a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister.
