A delegation led by Minister of Science and Technology Boviengkham Vongdara had a working session with leaders of Vietnam Academy of Science & Technology in Nha Trang on July 28.
Leaders of Vietnam Academy of Science & Technology and Laos Institute of Science signed a cooperation project on scientific research and technological development for Laos, period 2014-2016.
The project has a capital of VND98 billion, including VND88.2 billion from Vietnam Government’s official development assistance (ODA) for Laos. The event helps to strengthen traditional friendship and solidarity between people in Vietnam and Laos.
