On July 23, Khanh Hoa Provincial Women’s Union also offered gifts to families of 11 martyrs, including 10 losing their lives on the Spratly Islands and Nguyen Phuc Nhon in the Mi-171 accident in Hoa Lac, Thanh That, Hanoi.
