Since 2007, Khanh Hoa Trade Union’s Housing Fund has received over VND5 billion donated by Trade Union members in Khanh Hoa and VND600 million by companies. 245 houses have been repaired and constructed at a total cost of VND4.8 billion.
Khanh Hoa Confederation of Labor strives to provide grants for the repair and construction of 40 houses a year to basically replace all shanty houses by 2018.
