Khanh Hoa Provincial Children’s House held the “Compassionate moon” Festival on September 7. Present at the event were Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Head of the national assembly delegation of Khanh Hoa Province; Nguyen Duy Bac, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee; and Nguyen Long Hai, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Nearly 1,000 children in Khanh Hoa Province had a joyful night with musical performance, dragon dance and took part in folk games and a lantern-making competition.
On this occasion, 20 scholarships worth VND500,000 each were awarded by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The Party Committee, People’s Committee and Children’s House of Khanh Hoa Province granted 900 gifts worth VND100 million to the kids.
