On September 5, over 200,000 students in Khanh Hoa Province entered the new school year 2014 – 2015, the first year to effectuate the Government’s action program and education action plan on the implementation of the Resolution No. 29 on “Fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education”.
VND121 billion has been spent on infrastructures and facilities for the project on 2 classes a day for primary school students and education universalization for children aged 5. Besides, effort will be put on education quality increase and human resource development in order to innovate and improve education and training.
