The Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) held the 2014 Customer Communication Contest.

Nearly 100 contestants from 13 teams representing 13 subsidiary companies competed in events namely greeting, knowledge, in-person and over-the-phone interaction in specific situations.

1 first, 2 second, 3 third and 8 consolation prizes were awarded.

The contest was designed to improve professional knowledge, skills and working behavior, helping to keep a harmonious relation with customers.
