On October 29, Nguyen Duy Bac, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee had talks with the delegation of Russia's Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation (ROSATOM) led by Golubev Alexey, Mayor of Sarov City, Chairman of ROSATOM.

Nguyen Duy Bac introduced socio-economic highlights and potentials of Khanh Hoa; cooperation between Khanh Hoa and Russia, especially in tourism. For the past 9 months in 2014, Khanh Hoa received some 150,000 Russian tourist arrivals and the total capital invested in Khanh Hoa by Russian companies reached USD 100 million.
At the meeting, the delegation introduced strength of ROSATOM and expressed hope for cooperation with Khanh Hoa in nuclear energy.
Nguyen Duy Bac highly appreciated the delegation’s suggestion on cooperation in culture, tourism and health; expressed his hope for further cooperation between Khanh Hoa and Russia in tourism, health, education, science and technology, especially high technology, including nuclear energy.
