Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee held a ceremony on January 28 to introduce the provincial environment fund. Le Duc Vinh, Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Committee member, Provincial People’s Committee Deputy Chairman attended the event.

The fund is in charge of receiving, managing and utilizing the financing from the State budget, contribution and donation from organizations and individuals at home and abroad to provide financial support for projects on environmental protection, natural resource preservation, biodiversity, climate change, etc.
Le Duc Vinh is the Fund Council Chairman and Mai Xuan Hung, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Natural Resources & Environment, is the Director of the fund.
The non-for-profit fund under Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has a legal status with an initial registered capital of VND15 billion.
