Nha Trang City Division of Education & Training held a hand-over ceremony for a multi-functional hall at Ly Tu Trong Nursery School, Nha Trang City on February 10. The construction began on June 30, 2014 and completed on January 14, 2015.

The construction with its project created by Anh Vinh Company was invested by Nha Trang City Division of Education & Training and executed by MQ Consulting & Construction Company.
The project was funded by the state budget (over VND4 billion for construction works and VND450 million for teaching facilities). The hall is for extracurricular and physical activities for children.
Reportedly, Ly Tu Trong Nursery School was recognized to meet the national standard, 2nd grade, on December 2011. The school has currently 12 classes with over 400 kids.
