Vietnam Insurance and Government Information Security Commission have just had a session on application of digital signatures in the issuance sector.
Vietnam Social Insurance is accelerating the preparation for piloting digital transaction and requesting for issuing social insurance books and medical cards as from May 1, 2015 under the guideline of the Government. Digital signatures will be validated and issued to 6,000 social insurance staff nationwide, according to Do Van Sinh, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Social Insurance.
