Truong Tan Hung, head of youth division of Khanh Hoa Provincial Communist Youth Union School, Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Student's Association, Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Council of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer, often leaves an impression of activeness and enthusiasm on people who contact with him.
Truong Tan Hung, head of youth division of Khanh Hoa Provincial Communist Youth Union School, Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Student’s Association, Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Council of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer, often leaves an impression of activeness and enthusiasm on people who contact with him.
During nine years holding the above positions, Hung has always tried to find new models to organize activities. His zeal has partly helped to promote the youth movement and helped to attract more and more young pupils to take part in youth activities.

In 2013-2014 school-year, the youth movement in Khanh Hoa Province in general and in the schools, universities in particular developed strongly, bringing the community many positive effects. For examples, the entrance exam season invigoration campaign created favorable conditions for thousands of candidates and their families such as helping them to find accommodation, free of charge or cheap, and offering information about the exams. The “Green Summer” Voluntary Campaign also sent 400 students to mountainous, remote areas and islands to do many community activities, such as offering summer classes for pupils; providing instructions on farming and basic information technology skills; giving gifts to poor households; building bridges and repairing gratitude houses and schools.
In addition, the provincial Communist Youth Union organized conference honoring typical high schools pupils, information technology competition for young candidates and football tournament for youth union officials of universities and colleges. These activities created a useful playground as well as motivated pupils and students in the province to keep making efforts in studying and evolved them in youth activities.
Working in the position of a Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Council of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer, Hung has proposed many ideas in order to innovate the activity methods to make them to be more practical and uphold the spirit of self management among youth members.
The Provincial Council of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer has regularly updated information for the teachers and council’s officials, helping them to have skills and appropriate methods to meet the children’s expectations. The council also held Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children 2013-2014 with the participation of 280 excellent pioneers in the province. It has well associated with the education & training industry and the provincial councils of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer to make appointment and implement employment policies.
With his contributions to community activities, Truong Tan Hung was presented “For young generation” campaign medal by the Central Communist Youth Union, certificates by Khanh Hoa Provincial Communist Youth Union and Party Committee of provincial agencies.
