Hoang Quan Consulting-Trading-Service Real Estate Corporation (HOSE) held an inauguration ceremony on April 22 for HQC Nha Trang Social Housing located in Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City.

The housing project has a total area of 10,842.8m2 with a capital of nearly VND500 billion. The project includes four 15-18 storey blocks with 1,002 flats, 52-65m2 each.
The building has underground parking space, a park, a recreational zone for children, etc. The construction is expected to be completed and put into use in the 4th quarter of 2016.
At the ceremony, HOSE, the investor, signed a cooperation agreement with Vietcombank, Agribank, BIDV and Khanh Hoa Development Investment Foundation to finance the project and customers buying flats at HQC Nha Trang Social Housing. Another cooperation agreement was also signed with LG and Hyundai to supply essential equipment and service for residents living in this building.
On this occasion, the company donated VND100 million to Khanh Hoa Study Promotion Fund and VND100 million to the Study Promotion Fund of Ly Thai To Junior High School, Nha Trang City.
