Khanh Hoa General Hospital launched the campaign “Save Lives: Clean Your Hands” with the participation of over 200 physicians on May 5.

“Save Lives: Clean Your Hands” is the World Health Organization (WHO)'s global annual call to action for health workers. The campaign was launched in Vietnam in 2009 by the Ministry of Health.
Khanh Hoa General Hospital joined the event in 2011. Since 2013, Khanh Hoa General Hospital in association with JICA has done a research and evaluated health workers’ hand hygiene practice at the hospital. The campaign aims to improve and sustain hand hygiene in health care.
