Nha Trang City Women’s Union in association with the Women’s Communication Committee in war resistance against American imperialism of Nha Trang City and Dien Khanh District held a meeting “Comrade in the past and present” on April 30 on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day. Present at the event were Nguyen Thi Kieu, Head of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Propaganda & Training and more than 200 woman representatives.

At the meeting, representatives reviewed the history of 40 years of the liberation of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa and the South region. They shared memories about days in war resistance and joined in musical exchange.
On this occasion, Nha Trang City Women’s Union awarded a gift to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Phan Thi Se, Dien Khanh District, and representatives of the Women’ Communication Committee.
