Khanh Hoa Department of Health in association with Khanh Hoa Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs held a workshop on promoting gender equality in health care on May 20.
Nearly 100 health trade union officials joined the event. Discussion focused on gender equality in health care for women’s progress; support activities to create equal opportunities for women to improve their working conditions and pursue careers; international cooperation on gender quality and anti-family violence tasks; implementation of gender quality tasks in the population and reproductive health strategy, period 2011-2020, etc.
