The management board of the project on medical support in southern central region has held a ceremony to review the project on medical support in southern central region for period from 2009 to June 2015.
The project has been implemented in Khanh Hoa since 2009 with a total capital of over USD118.7 billion, 90.35% of which is funded by the Official Development Assistant (ODA) and the rest from the provincial reciprocal capital.
Over the past 6 years, the project has funded the construction and repair of 4 hospitals, 1 center for preventive health care; 3 ambulances and nearly 390 medical instruments in Khanh Hoa. Besides, the project has financed the human resource development with hundreds of training courses for medical staff.
On this occasion, Khanh Hoa People’s Committee granted certificates of merit to 1 individual and 8 organizations for great contribution to the project implementation in Khanh Hoa.
