Truong Hoa Binh, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Judge of the Supreme People’s Court, Honorable Chairman of Fund for Ethnic Minority Students & Poor Students together with charity fund representatives of HTV and Cong An Nhan Dan Newspaper offered 50 bicycles worth VND2.1 million each to poor students in Khanh Hoa Province on June 29.
