According to Truong Minh Ha, Chairperson of Khanh Hoa Trade Union, the targets and content of the two - responsibility emulation movement needs to be concretized to adapt to specific local situations. The  activities will be improved to best suit the needs and interests of female teachers. More preferential policies are required for teachers working on islands and in remote areas, etc.
