Since the beginning of the year, Nha Trang Maritime Rescue Cooperation Center (MRCC) under Vietnam MRCC has rescued 32 cases mostly related to machine breakdown, injured crew, etc. 95 crew have been saved and 231 others have been provided assistance.
Reportedly, Nha Trang MRCC operates within the southern waters of Binh Dinh Province, Ninh Thuan Province and the waters of the Spratly Islands.
Many fishing boats of Khanh Hoa and Southern Central provinces have been rescued at sea by Nha Trang MRCC.
