Present at the event were Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung; leaders of Central Party Construction Committees; leaders of central and local divisions; leaders of the provinces of Phu Yen, Thai Nguyen, Dak Lak and Lam Dong; former Provincial Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Secretary; former Standing Committee members; former Party Committee members, Vietnamese heroic mothers, Heroes of the People’s Armed Forces; Heroes of Labor, leaders of local departments and agencies together with 350 delegates representing over 35,000 Communist Party members in Khanh Hoa Province.
