Over the past years, Khanh Hoa Construction Science & Engineering Association has mobilized many scientists, engineers and construction staff to get involved in social criticism and consultancy, contributing to socio-economic development programs, urban planning and key projects in Khanh Hoa Province.

According to Le Van De, Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Construction, Khanh Hoa Construction Science & Engineering Association has contributed ideas and suggestions to the 2010-2015 urban system development program, 2011-2015 new rural construction program, building material planning in Khanh Hoa, etc.
In addition, Khanh Hoa Construction Science & Engineering Association in cooperation with Khanh Hoa Department of Construction has taken part in workshops on construction quality, structures, materials, waterproof materials, etc.
Besides, Khanh Hoa Construction Science & Engineering Association has also jointly made teaching plans and materials for construction management courses. In the 2013 and 2014 period, Khanh Hoa saw much change in construction sector.
According to Tran Van Tho, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Khanh Hoa Construction Science & Engineering Association, in the time to come, the association plans to cooperate with organizations inside and outside Khanh Hoa Province to organize scientific conferences and workshops, creating opportunities for its members to take part in scientific research and construction law education; inspire organizations, individuals and intellectuals to actively contribute to activities of the association, etc.
“The main tasks of the association are to increase social criticism effectiveness boost cooperation with relevant agencies and departments in social criticism about scientific projects, studies and construction projects with much influence on urban landscape. In the time to come, the association needs to attract more membership and innovate its operation to boost the development of the association, meeting the increasing social demand,” says Le Van De.
