The Communist Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Provincial Agencies in association with Khanh Vinh District Youth Union held a ceremony on September 17 to inaugurate the youth construction “Lighting up rural roads” in the communes of Khanh Dong and Khanh Binh, Khanh Hoa District. The 2.5km lighting system with 32 lamps has a total cost of over VND50 million.

On this occasion, the Communist Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Provincial Agencies offered two drum sets worth VND3 million each to Nguyen Thai Binh Junior High School, Khanh Binh Commune and Khanh Dong Primary School, Khanh Dong Commune.
Reportedly, the event is in honour of the upcoming Khanh Hoa Provincial 17th Party Congress, term 2015-2020 of the Communist Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Provincial Agencies.
