Khanh Hoa Department of Education & Training held the 2015 Oratory Contest in English at Khanh Hoa Children’s House on August 30 with the participation of 29 contestants from 15 private foreign language centers and institutions in Khanh Hoa Province.

The event included eloquence on optional topics and answer to the panel of examiners’ questions. The speaking topics were on family, learning foreign languages, interests, aptitude, hobbies, etc.

14 short-listed contestants will advance to the final round scheduled to take place on September 13.
