On September 15-18, Khanh Hoa Department of Education & Training held a workshop on a new method of teaching arts at Loc Tho Primary School, Nha Trang City with the participation of 440 experts and teachers in Khanh Hoa Province.

The learner-centered method promotes children’s creativity and life-skills of expressing, thinking, fantasizing and inventiveness which help them in daily life.
Reportedly, the new method of teaching arts has been implemented since the second semester of the 2014-2015 school year and gained satisfactory results. This is also considered as teaching method innovation required by the Ministry of Education & Training.
