The contest drew 31 initiatives and models from 19 agencies. 9 teams entered the final round which included multiple choice, quick response, presentation and skill performance.
The first prize went to Khanh Hoa Department of labor, Invalids & Social Affairs , the second to Department of Home Affairs and the third to Department of Information & Communications.
