A closing ceremony for the 2015 summer campaign themed “Voluntary and joyful summer” was held on October 21. The summer campaign which lasted for more than 3 months included many practical and meaningful activities. Over 4,000 Youth Union members joined voluntary blood donation, giving 4,000 units of blood. 3 charity medical trips were taken, providing check-ups and medications worth VND500 million in total for local residents.

Many Youth constructions included Southern herbal garden at Khanh Hoa Medical College in Son Hiep Commune, Khanh Son District; a fitness hall and safe vegetable garden at Dien Xuan Nursery School, Dien Khanh District; water filter system installed by Khanh Hoa Public Security Youth Union at Thanh Son Commune, Khanh Son District. In the exam support campaign, 10,000 accommodations and 14,000 portions free of charge or at a discount have been provided for over 15,000 candidates taking the high school gradation exam.
On this occasion, 1 individual received a certificate of merit by the Central Youth Union; 5 groups and 5 individuals were awarded by Khanh Hoa People’s Committee; 35 groups and 40 individuals were awarded by Khanh Hoa Youth Union for great achievements in the 2015 summer campaign.
