Khanh Hoa Provincial Study Promotion Association held the 4th Representative Congress, 2015-2020 term on October 30. Present at the event was Nguyen Duy Bac, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee.

Founded in 1998, Khanh Hoa Study Promotion Association has expanded with nearly 163,300 members; study promotion association branches in 995/995 villages, at 489 schools and 497 study promotion committees founded at local agencies and companies, etc.
Up to July 2015, Khanh Hoa had 80,028 studious families, 72 studious kin; and 341 villages, 245 agencies and schools recognized as learning communities. The association has raised funds from many individuals and organizations with hundreds of scholarships awarded to students.
The 4th Executive board of Khanh Hoa Study Promotion Association of the term 2015-2020 was elected with 4 members and Nguyen Viet Dan was appointed as Chairman.
On this occasion, National Association for Study Promotion awarded an excellent emulation flag to Khanh Hoa Provincial Study Promotion Association; certificates of merit to 20 individuals, 43 groups and organizations, including Khanh Hoa Newspaper for their great contribution to the local talent and learning promotion in the 2010-2015 period. Certificates of merit were awarded to 5 groups and 6 individuals by Khanh Hoa People’s Committee; and to 45 groups and 40 individuals by Khanh Hoa Provincial Study Promotion Association.
