Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union in association with Van Ninh District Youth Union, Saigon Beer Alcohol Beverage Joint Stock Corporation and Van Ninh Power Company held a ceremony on October 31 to inaugurate the youth construction “Lighting up rural roads” in Van Thang Commune. The 3km lighting system with 55 lamps had a total cost of over VND70 million.
