Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company has provided housing grants, savings books and gifts worth billions of Vietnam dongs for the poor. Besides its periodic donation to Khanh Hoa Fund for Children, Scholarship Fund, Study Promotion Fund, the company has provided books, notebooks, Sanest drink as well as financial assistance for primary and junior high schools in Ninh Hoa Town, Dien Khanh District and Nha Trang City, and contributed to the fund for poor students at Nguyen Van Troi High School, according to leaders of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company.
Every year, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company in association with Khanh Hoa Youth Union joins exam support programs, providing drink, accommodation and meals for disadvantaged candidates residing in remote areas; in assoication with Tuoi Tre Newspaper awards scholarships to freshers. Besides, the company has joined programs to offer books and newspapers to libraries in Truong Sa Island District; and donated to the “Fund for Beloved Spratly” and the “Fund for Beloved Spratly and Paracel Islands”.
Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company has much thrived over the past years. Its High Quality Salanganes Nest Soft Drink Factory, Sanest High Quality Foods Factory, Salanganes Nest Material Processing Factory and Khanh Hoa Export Argi - Produce Joint Stock Company have created jobs for nearly 2,000 residents.
Moreover, the company has contributed to Khanh Hoa Poverty Alleviation Fund, and the Fund for the Poor; and become the sponsor for the Poverty Alleviation Fund of Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City. The company has been assigned by Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee to join the poverty alleviation effort in Lien Sang Commune, Khanh Vinh District. Hundreds of million Vietnam dongs has been offered locals to promote their husbandry to raise their incomes.
The money spent in charity work increased year by year, from VND2.3 billion in 2011, VND2.8 billion in 2012, VND3.9 billion in 2013 and VND4.8 billion in 2014, Huynh Ba, the Trade Union Chairman of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company says, adding that “the company has considered social work as cultural beauty. Therefore, apart from production and business boost, we have made effort to share difficulties with the community and fulfill social responsibility.”
