Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company held a ceremony to mark the 25th anniversary of its foundation and receive the Labor Hero title in the innovation period. Among representatives attending the event were Le Thanh Quang, Central Party Committee Member, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Le Duc Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People’s Committee Chairman together with members of the provincial Standing Committee, leaders of local departments and agencies and staff of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company.

Founded on November 9, 1990, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company is currently managing 32 salangane islands with 169 caves off the coast of Khanh Hoa Province, compared to 8 islands and 40 caves on Nha Trang Bay in the 90s.
The yield of natural salangane nests has increased from 1,531kg in 1991 to 3,401kg in 2015 with the total turnover estimated at VND4,500 billion. At present, the company has 5,212 staff with an average monthly income of over VND8 million/ person.
On this occasion, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company had an honor to be awarded the Labor Hero title in the innovation period by the State President. Certificates of merit by the Prime Minister were awarded to 2 individuals and an emulation flag by the provincial Standing Committee to the company’s Party Committee. Besides, the Provincial People’s Committee granted an emulation flag to the company; and certificates of merit to 8 groups and 6 individuals.
