Since November 17, more than 50 agencies, enterprises and social organizations in Khanh Hoa Province have donated over VND170 million to the Fund for the Poor in response to a call from the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee on the implementation of the peak month for the poor.
At present, over 9,000 poor households and 24,000 marginally poor ones are still in need of assistance. Therefore, Khanh Hoa Fatherland Front Committee hopes to continue receiving donations to help the needy to lead a better life.
