Phu Khanh Petrol Company celebrated its 40th foundation anniversary (December 9, 1975-2015) on December 22. Present at the event were Le Duc Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People’s Committee Deputy Chairman; leaders of Ninh Thuan and Phu Yen Provinces; and Vietnam Petroleum Group (Petrolimex).

Nha Trang Petrol Station was founded on December 9, 1975 under Da Nang Petrol Company presently named Petrol Company, region 5 to serve the demand in Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen. In 1995, the company had operations in the 3 provinces of Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen and Ninh Thuan. Its depot initially had a capacity of 19,000m3 with a transportation team and 9 retail outlets in Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen. Then, Vinh Nguyen Petrol Deport was invested with 5 containers, bringing the capacity to 30,000 m3.
In the 3 recent years, 13 additional retail outlets have opened, bringing total retail outlets to 83 with the distribution system located in the 3 provinces of Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen and Ninh Thuan. The company has increased its total productivity to 568,000m3 of petrol with the growth rate of 17% in 2015.
On this occasion, Khanh Hoa People’s Committee awarded an excellent emulation flag to Phu Khanh Petrol Company. The company donated VND1.1 billion to the Children’s Funds of Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen and Ninh Thuan Provinces.
