Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Headquarters has just issued a plan on fireworks display to celebrate the start of Lunar New Year 2016.
Accordingly, the fireworks will be set off in 4 locations, including Nha Trang City, Cam Ranh City, Van Ninh District and Khanh Vinh District.
