Earlier, the fisherman named Anthonggradulet born in 1982, a resident of Nasungpo, Batangas Province, the Philippines was found adrift on February 8 and then rescued by Vietnamese soldiers stationed on Sin Cowe Island.
Representatives of the Philippines expressed their sincere gratitude to the soldiers and residents on Sinh Ton for their exceptionally attentive care for the fisherman.
