Nha Trang City Division of Education & Training held a closing ceremony for the 2015-2016 Excellent Junior High School Teacher Contest at Tran Quoc Toan School on March 28.

100 out of 125 participants (accounting for 80%) from 25 schools were presented certificates of excellence in teaching. The first individual prize went to Le Nguyen Gia Luu, Vo Thi Sau School. The first team prize was awarded to Le Thanh Liem School, second to Tran Hung Dao School, third to Vo Thi Sau School and consolation prize to Thai Nguyen School, Bach Dang School and Yersin School.
The contest held on March 3-19, including 3 categories: initiatives or scientific research on pedagogical application; capacity test; and teaching. The event aimed to promote learning and teaching emulation movement; enhance teaching staff’s professional skills, etc.
