Khanh Hoa Pioneers’ Organization held a ceremony on March 7 to inaugurate a “red scarf” construction in Ca Hon Village, Khanh Binh commune, Khanh Vinh District, Khanh Hoa Province. The house is for Cao Thi Truc Quynh, a disadvantaged fourth-grader at Khanh Binh Primary School.

The 54m2 corrugated iron roofed house with tiled floor was funded by Khanh Hoa Pioneers’ Organization (VND50 million from the small project movement). The construction is expected to finish in May.
