Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Headquarters held a program on assisting children's schooling on April 22. Khanh Hoa Border Guard representatives granted decisions to fund the tuition and daily expenses of 52 disadvantaged children residing on islands and in border areas in Khanh Hoa Province.
