Khanh Hoa Children’s House has organized the 2016 third Khanh Hoa Music Festival for the disabled to mark the Vietnamese Day of Persons with Disabilities (April 18).

The festival drew the attendance of 120 people from organizations and centers for the disabled in Khanh Hoa Province. The music performance of Sao Mai Care & Education Center for Disabled Children won the first prize. Besides, 2 second, 2 third and 3 consolation prizes were awarded.
