An educational career mentoring workshop on mentoring facility and staff for career development was held by the Management Board of NORHED project (Nha Trang University) in association with the University of Tromso (Norway) and University of Ruhuna (Skrilanka) on April 26.
Nearly 50 female staff and lecturers of Nha Trang University attended the event which included talks given by experts on assistance programs on career development for female lecturers within the framework of NORHED project; challenges in women’s career development; resource support by Nha Trang University for female lectures on career development, etc.
Nha Trang University is the main partner (together with University of Bergen and University of Ruhuna) in the implementation of the NORHED project. The project is to assist Nha Trang University to provide Masters and Doctorate programs in marine ecosystem management and climate change.
