Vietnam Red Cross in association with Khanh Hoa Red Cross and the Southern Red Cross’ volunteer physicians and Huyen Trang Pagoda (Ho Chi Minh City) took a charity medical trip to Ba Cum Nam Commune, Khanh Son District on May 7.

Free check-ups and medications were provided for ethnic minority people. Besides, 200 gifts worth VND350,000 each were given to disadvantaged residents; and 200 gifts worth VND250,000 each and 25 scholarships worth VND1 million each to needy students. The charity work totaled nearly VND145 million.
