Leaders of Khanh Hoa Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs together with the Representative Board of Khanh Hoa Association for the Elderly have paid a visit and given gifts to 12 outstanding senior citizens in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Son District and Cam Lam District. Each gift was worth VND500,000.
On this occasion, social institutions together with the sector of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs gave gifts to 729 people reaching the age of 90. Each gift included VND200,000 and in-kind donations totaling VND281 million.
In addition, the association at all levels presented longevity congratulatory gifts worth VND7 billion in total to 30,000 people aged 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 and 100.
