Cam Ranh City Labor Confederation has just held a ceremony to review activities marking the Workers’ Month 2016.
In the Workers’ Month 2016, Cam Ranh City Labor Confederation mobilized enterprises to improve lunch quality for employees. Accordingly, many enterprises registered to increase its lunch funding such as Cam Ranh Salt Company: VND30,000/ person/day and Cam Ranh Urban Company: VND26,000/ person/day. Evertrust Foods Company opened a kindergarten for 50 workers’ children and funded the school fee.
In addition, Cam Ranh City Labor Confederation also provided gifts worth nearly VND6 million for workers in need and having occupational accidents; VND40 million to build a house for a disadvantaged worker; founded 2 Trade Union affiliations with 125 new members; organized many cultural, musical and sporting activities for workers, etc.
